1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Softoleo for services, or by accessing and using any Softoleo product (including Sellsull, Posmus, Chatmili, Sellwha, Pixelmili, and HRMFY), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services or products.
2. Description of Services
Softoleo provides software development and IT-enabled services, including custom software, web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, AI-powered solutions, and automation systems — either as bespoke client work or through our own product lineup.
3. Client Engagements
Client work is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) covering scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Softoleo's products or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' intellectual property, to distribute malware, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system we operate.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom software built for a client transfers to the client upon full payment. Softoleo retains ownership of its own products, pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how used in delivering the work.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential by default and are comfortable signing an NDA before detailed project discussions. We don't share client business details publicly without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Softoleo's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the signed agreement. Access to Softoleo products may be suspended for accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
